Detailed Agendas — Conventions

This folder contains time-blocked agendas for each of the six sessions. The high-level outlines (in the sibling folder 1 - High-Level Outlines/) describe the what and why; these agendas describe the how and when.

How to read these agendas

Each agenda is structured as a sequence of timed blocks. For every block we capture:

  • Duration in minutes
  • Format — demo, exercise, discussion, working session
  • Lead — Nubitz facilitator vs. Turner participants
  • What happens — the substantive content of the block
  • Materials / prep — anything that needs to be ready before the block runs

Total duration of each session is shown at the top.

Standard cadence

  • Sessions are scheduled for 2 hours (Phase 1) or 2.5 hours (Phase 2).
  • We build in a 10-minute break around the midpoint of every session.
  • Hands-on exercises are paced for the slowest participant; facilitator will adjust pacing live.
  • Last 10-15 minutes of every session are reserved for synthesis, action items, and prep for the next session.

Materials assumptions

Unless otherwise noted, each session assumes:

  • Remote meeting with shared screen and a shared document for note-taking
  • Developers on their own machines with Claude access provisioned
  • Read access (at minimum) to the representative Turner repos selected during Session 1
  • A pinned Slack/Teams channel for the engagement, where prep materials and follow-ups land
